Sizing Information

Children:

Children's shoes begin in Juvenile sizes. Your child's first shoes may have been a J1. They go up to J13. The next size is size 1, then the size scale is the same as adult shoes. A child's 4 is the same as an adult's 4. We often recommend ordering one size larger for younger children while their feet are growing so quickly. Then they wear two pairs of socks until they grow into their skate.

Riedell Artistic & Recreational Quad Boots:

If you are considering, or are purchasing, a Custom outfit, we suggest that you have the boots shipped to you for sizing since mounted custom skates may not be returned.

Chicago and Pacer Recreational Boots:

These boots are sized like street shoes. Therefore, you would order the same size as you would shoes. The white is sized for ladies . A man desiring a white boot should order one size larger than his shoe size. The black and silver are sized for men. Therefore a lady desiring a black or silver boot would need to order one size smaller than her shoe size for size 6 up. If you are considering, or are purchasing, a Custom outfit, we suggest that you have the boots shipped to you for sizing since mounted custom skates may not be returned.

Riedell Quad Speed / Jam Boots:

These boots are all sized for men. The width is similiar to shoes in finer shoe stores. In general, ladies need to order one size smaller than their shoe size for sizes 8 and up. I recommend going to a fine shoe store and being sized for a man's shoe.

Recreational, and Aggressive Inlines:

These boots are all sized for men. Ladies need to order one size smaller than their shoe size for sizes 6 up. To confirm your size, you may wish to try on a pair of men's shoes from a "rack" shoe store. (Wal-Mart, PayLess, etc.)

Speed Inlines:

The US boots are all sized for men. Therefore, ladies need to order one size smaller than their shoe size.
